• When we left it was raining, there was a covered drive-up area to take the luggage to.
• I didn't feel the entrance was very well marked.

“This hotel is easily accessible to local attractions, particularly easy to get to Dollywood. Great accommodations and friendly staff. Nice pool. We will go back to this hotel.”

• I greatly enjoyed the private balcony over-looking the house farm next door.
• The traffic was load and could be heard most of the night.

“We greatly enjoyed our stay. Wish the pool was indoor, but overall the hotel was exceptionally clean.”

• Friendly staff, clean room, convenient to activities in Pigeon Forge yet quiet.
• In-room fireplace did not work, breakfast area congested.

“Overall we were very pleased. The staff were friendly and the hotel clean. We were on our honeymoon so we were disappointed the in-room fireplace did not work but we did not complain to the front desk. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with horses in the pasture out in front of the motel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan to stay here when we visit Pigeon Forge/ Sevierville area in the future.”

• Not all rooms have balconies.

“Good room for people that are out looking for not to spend their time in the room. It's close to all the attraction and shows that the area is there for in the first place. Clean room, nice facilities.”

• Great personable front desk employee/great housekeeper/beautiful lobby with beautiful hard wood floors.
• Although they had free high speed internet access in the room with a cable, it was not wireless, nonetheless no big deal.

“This place is wonderful. It is directly across from a huge outlet mall that had great shops & is in walking distance from great shops and restaurants. Overall, I had a great experience here. My room had a separate little area with a loveseat, 2 tvs & cd player. I was most impressed by the lady Lana I think who checked me in at the front desk. I've stayed in lots of hotels & this was the smoothest check-in ever. She was so professional & very sweet/friendly not in an overly obnoxious way either, but in a very kind, southern hospitable manner. She went out of her way to make my stay a great experience. She was originally from the area & was able to answer any question I had, if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me by making calls or researching online. She was by far the best hotel front desk clerk I've ever encountered. Also my housekeeper (think her name was Debbie) was awesome. Great continental breakfast. Overall A+ experience. Will return to this location for sure!”
