• The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.
• The elevator kind of smelled because of water being tracked in and out from the pool.

“This was a nice hotel overall. I would go back again. The kids seemed to like the indoor and outdoor pools.”

• Accessible to the area that we were visiting. The room was large.

• Good location, breakfast bar was very nice.
• Pool wasn't heated the first night we were there.

“Would recommend this hotel because it was clean; away from all the noise of pigeon forges but convenient too. The breakfast bar was good and people were helpful.”

• I liked how large the room was, fireplace, and whirlpool tub.
• Fireplace did not work and had to take a smoking room.

“I liked this hotel very much. Did not like the fact that we had to settle for a smoking room and the fireplace was not in working order. That would have been excellent as we were celebrating our 38 wedding anniversary.”

• The room was very spacious.
• Location, too far from attractions.

“Very spacious room, however it was located at the furthest end of the highway from all the attractions such as Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Smoky Nat'l Park.”

• Clean and spacious rooms.
• Indoor pool was cold, could have been warmer.

“Very nice rooms. Our room had 3 queen size beds and 2 TV's. Good quite place to stay with children. Would stay here again when in area.”

“Would not recommend this hotel if this is your idea of a 2 star hotel would hate to see 1 star , I changed rooms and the new room was as bad as the first one.”

• Rooms a re very large.
• Internet access was down for 1 day and staff was not helpful in resolving.

“Great hotel for the family. Rooms are very large, equipped with coffee maker and small fridge. Beds are comfortable and it has an indoor as well as outdoor pool. Free breakfast was excellent! Great value only a few minutes from all the action in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.”

• They gave me an excellent room, breakfast s were a pleasure, the staff was phenomenal.
• Pool areas are not supervised, Several rules were broken and their parents refused to supervise their teens, So we didn't get to enjoy the whirlpool.

“There is a need for a staff member to supervise the pool areas. At present none of the adult guests can enjoy the pool areas because of unsupervised children breaking as many rules as possible. children were always present in the whirlpool as well as running and diving into the pools, with no regard to the safety of other guests. As far as the rooms ,if its a smoking room expect it to smell like smoke. We were moved to nonsmoking and it was perfect. We would love to stay in one of the suites with a whirlpool by the bed. Except for the pool the staff did an excellent job in accommodating us.”

• Not clean, too noisy.

“It was noisy, kids could be heard running up and down the balcony. A guest was yelling in the middle of the night. The comforter smelled of perfume from a prior guest. Also the rooms smelled of smoke, although we did not request a smoking room. The shower was difficult to regulate water temperature.”

• Close to attractions but not so close that you can not have any peace and quiet.
• We had to have a smoking room and it had a terrible smell.

“I like all but the fact that we had to have a smirking room, with my allergies it made me sick, I think that since you can not smoke in restaurant and other public places then you should not be able to smoke in motels.”
