• Staff.
• Odor from water treatment plant.

“Staff is friendly and accommodating and plenty of hot water. Our room was on 5th floor and there was a horrible odor. The odor was from the water treatment plant across the street and only affected rooms on the 5th floor. The AC unit was so loud that we had to turn it off and sleep two nights in the heat. The odor affected my sinuses and I was sick the entire 5 days we were there. We were moved on Wednesday to 1st floor only to find out that the bathroom was flooded. We were put in a room with two queen beds instead of a king and it was next to the pool. They also do not enforce times for the pool. It is supposed to close at midnight and the last two nights we were there, kids were still in the pool at 1 am screaming and yelling. Our bill was supposed to be lowered because of all the problems, but instead, it was higher. The owner of this hotel needs to put some effort into upgrading her facility and looking out for her clients. It is pathetic. This was our first experience with Red Roof Inn and believe me, it will be our last. We will never stay at this hotel again.”
