• Even though the pool was small it was too cute my children loved it.
• Nothing the staff was especially kind and helpful.

“We stayed here because of the price. It was just a before school starts back mini vacation. But we liked it here so much we decided to stay a few more days and upgraded to a suite. We will stay again. The pool has beautiful paintings of sharks fish and divers!”

• Very clean, good staff.
• Nothing.

“We were going on to the preserve Resort for the next 3 days and this hotel was a way station before that. It met our needs perfectly. It was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were very near to stores to get what we wanted or needed. I would stay here again.”

• The convenience of the breakfast and the location as well as the check-in & out timeliness.
• Maid staff couldnt understand English, No light bulbs, Short on waffle batter day of checkout!

“Over the entire hotel was fairly nice. The desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. The maid staff didn't know English except one lady. The bathtub was grungy. The food was good for the free breakfast, but they ran out of waffle batter the very last day and we didn't get breakfast that morning. The pool looked nice, but unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to use it. The location was good.”

• He didn't help at all, and never fixed the Jacuzzi.

“At check-in, the staff said that they were doing us a favor by letting us stay, I should have been at an other hotel. Need a roll-a-way bed for the child, they were sold out. (Went to Wal-Mart to buy our own cot, and blankets, pillows because they were out of them too). Then we reported to the Manager that the Jacuzzi wasn't working properly, and it wasn't fixed during our stay.”

• It was clean and nice for the price.
• The only thing I can say I didn't like was the pool was small.

• I liked the location and for the most part the facility was clean.
• Housekeeping manners.

“On the day we were leaving, housekeeping knocked on door and we told them to come back later and that we were leaving today. They came back less than 1/2 hour and just came right in. My husband was in the restroom and I was out of the room. My husband thought it was me but to his surprise, it was housekeeping. They asked him if he was leaving today. He said yes and to get out of the room.”

• Location was pretty good.
• No shade or umbrella at the pool. No chairs or sitting area outside except at the pool. Housekeeping came in and out too often.

“Was a bed and shower but has convinced us we may need a 3-star or better. Room was average. Pool had no shade at all. Could have had an umbrella or two. No sitting area anywhere outside which might be ok for a few days but not for a week. Housekeeping was in and out a lot. One to pick up dirty laundry, one to pick up trash then much later someone would bring clean towels and straighten up a little. I probably will not stay there again.”

• The room looked nice and furninishing were nice.
• There was something on the sheets and they weren't changed.

“It was good for a Days Inn. Like I said that there was a stain on the sheets of one of our beds and it was not changed. They did straightened and brought clean towels. The microwave and refrig. looked newer and the pool looked to be in good shape.”

• Staff was great - fastest check in I have ever had.
• Limited parking, maids were lazy and did not empty trash or ashtrays.

• Great location.
• Room was out of style.

“Perfect location. Comfortable rooms for time spent in there. Excellent continental breakfast and sitting area. Very nice people. Would recommend it.”

• Springs could be felt through mattress. Bathroom too small to comfortably change clothes.

• Location was okay.
• Needed extra towels, they would not deliver, had to go get the towels myself.

“The hotel was okay for a short stay, 2 nights. Just wanted somewhere to stay until we could check into our Condo. Could not check into condo, till Sunday, stayed at this hotel Friday & Saturday night. Would not have wanted to stay any longer.”

• The room was ready at 2:00pm to check in. The front desk person was very personable.
• The room smelled awful! They need to invest in some new carpet or something!

“The hotel was convenient to all attractions. We were very happy with the friendly staff and the fact that we were able to check in so early. I really feel that we got what we paid for. We were just looking for a place to "lay our heads" for not a lot of money, and that's what we got. I really do think, though, that they need to invest in some new carpet, mattresses or something. Because the room smelled BAD!”

• The employees were very nice and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and all the sights were very easily assessable.
• Can't think of any thing.

“I would recommend this hotel to everyone; the room was spacious and very nice. The customer service was the best. The price was great and we definitely will be going back again. We had no children with us, but would be a great place for kids also.”

• Problems with the high speed internet and the entrance and exit to the highway.

“The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. The only problem with the room was the high speed internet, otherwise very satisfied.”

• Front lobby was lovely and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.
• The breakfast was good, but the area was too small for the amount of people who tried to eat.

“The management was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and well kept. The air conditioner was digital and so you got an accurate setting. The housekeepers were receptive to requests. I will stay her again.”

• Nice and clean lots of room easy getting in and out of the very busy road with the light.
• Was no room to eat when we went down for breakfast.

“Liked it a lot may come back in November or December. Of this year need to get rates for that time of year.”

• The trolley stop was right in front of the hotel.
• The beds were not too comfortable.

“I thought this hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was a great help. It is also in a great location as well for the trolleys that go through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only problems we had were that the beds were not too comfy and when we went down for the breakfast, it was not available. This was confusing because we were there at the allotted time for it. At least we thought we were.”
