• The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly!
• The TV. Wasn't the best and they needed another one for the other side of the room!

“This hotel met my needs and beyond! Of course it wasn't a ritzy hotel but I was just there to sleep! I would recommend it. The staff there was tremendously friendly and helpful. It was great!”

• Location was good for what we intended do while on vacation.
• Absolutely the rudest staff and the room was filthy run!

“Run; don't walk to the nearest competitor. The staff (especially the day manager), was the rudest Ive ever encountered. When I asked why our room was $30 per night more expensive than our friends that checked in right before us, the clerk ask the "manager" to explain. The manager asked why I was making such a "fuss" about the price. Said super 8 was getting "screwed" by a computer glitch is why our friends got the lower rate, and suggested that I cancel my reservation if the price was a problem! Yikes, nice service not! We stayed in a horribly dingy room. The carpets were filthy, and the bed was hard as a rock. Yuk.”

• The room was very clean; the staff was friendly.
• The suite had 2 separate bedrooms, but only one television.

“The room was spotless, and it happened to be a two-bedroom suite, which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly.”

• Poor selection of TV channels very limited compared to most motels.

• The bedrooms were separated by bathroom/balcony over looking woods.
• It was on the outskirts of Sevierville and we wished to be a bit more on the strip.

“Excellent. Pool and hot tub were cleaned daily and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was just what it said. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel is great for the traveler to Smoky Mountain National Park who wants to be close to the mountains but away from all the tourist attractions, lights, and noise. We were extremely happy with our accommodations and would definitely stay here again.”

• The location is great and the staff was courteous.
• The pool was too small.

“When we got there they had put us in a room with only one bed and we were traveling with our children. When we realized what happened we went back down and they quickly remedied the situation. The staff was very friendly. The only down side was that the pool is much smaller in comparison than the picture makes it seem. It is more the size of a very large hot tub.”

• Ice machine was always empty.
