• Excellent room larger than normal and full breakfast included.
• There was nothing to dislike about our stay at this hotel.

“Very comfortable and attractive room with two double beds and fold out couch with balcony overlooking a small river and country view. Exceeded our expectations and even though a short dive distance to Pigion Forge & Gatlinburg area well worth it. Also a full breakfast was including with eggs, bacon, pastries, cereals etc. Strongly recommend stay here.”

• Gorgeous place, We felt like we had entered the set of Gone with the wind!
• I liked everything. It is a very good and quiet setting.

“This place was decorated to the hilt for past Christmas and it was fabulous. The lobby area was breathtaking and a very nice, friendly staff. It is not really close to the hustle and bustle and noise of Dollywood area or Gatlinburg but the distance isn't too bad. Great continental breakfast too. Coffee and apple cider was available 24/7. Good clean room with great bath area. Highly recommended!”

• Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Cont. Breakfast had variety and very convenient. Kids loved the outside pool and staff friendly.
• We weren't able to stay as long as we would have liked to.

“We would certainly return to this hotel because of its location near I-40 and Dollywood made it very convenient for us. The hotel is new, clean and everything up-to-date. Our room had two queen beds, separate sitting area, balcony and refrigerator, which made the room seem spacious. The kids enjoyed the Lazy River and pool and we enjoyed the gazebo at the pool. There is an inside hot tub and pool but they are small. Breakfast had varied items from bagels to biscuits to fruit and cereal. Something for everyone.”

• Hotel was fine, clean and user friendly.
• Liked everything.

“Hotel was great. The only drawback was the fact that seven other traveling companions were able to get seven additional rooms with the same accommodations at a much reduced rate than I had gotten. Next time I will call the hotel first.”

• Beautiful and so many special touches.
• I didn't like going to the front desk to get pool towels.

“We were so surprised with the beauty and comfort of the hotel in this price range. There were so many features me usually only see in upscale hotels. It¿s easy to see why it has won so many awards. I've recommended it to my friends and family because I¿d definitely visit this hotel again.”

• 24 hour indoor pool & hot tub, room quality & balcony w/French door.
• Pool needed cleaning.

“The room was great, loved the fridge, the 2nd sink & mirror, the balcony w/French door, and the suite look. The continental breakfast was tasty, hot, and the selection was great! The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful in furnishings, smelled clean, fresh, and new. The 24 hour indoor pool was nice and relaxing after our trip. The only slight complaint was the pool was due for a cleaning.”

• Cleanliness of lobby, decorations, easy check in and out.
• Our room was a little musty smelling it appeared to have minor water damage around the bathroom.

“Very nice hotel for the price, rooms are adequate for 2 adults and 2 children location is out of town a little bit so you do have to drive a little to get to pigeon forge.”

“This was a clean, comfortable hotel with all the amenities we like. Our grandchildren loved the lazy river at the pool. Would highly recommend this hotel. It is out of the hustle bustle of Pigeon Forge.”

• It was a very clean hotel and we loved the lazy river.
• We did see a lot of nice hotels cheaper in the area.

“We did enjoy the hotel. It was very nice and clean. The kids loved the lazy river. I did think we paid too much for our stay. When we arrived in Pigeon Forge we saw many nice hotels for a lot less. Next time I come I would wait until I arrived and then pick a hotel.”

• Great beds, good breakfast, nice pools, big rooms, good view, close to interstate.
• Elevator was broke.

“I will definitely stay at this hotel again it was better than a 5star we stayed in at the ocean. Rooms were clean, big, decorated in updated furniture, loved the free apple cider in lobby, pools were clean and warm.”

• Nice heated lazy river and pools, rooms were nice size.
• The elevator was broke during our stay.

“This was a very nice hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very nice! My children loved the heated pools and lazy river. The rooms were clean, and the towels were actually soft, which is rare in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.”

• Great pools, excellent service.
• Elevator was not functional and we were on the top floor.

“We would stay here again. The lazy river was very relaxing and you're out of the congestion of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Close to good restaurants and easy access to Pigeon Forge. We had a great time here and would stay again in a heartbeat.”

• Immediately I was greeted with a smile. I felt very comfortable as I walked inside the room. I didn't have to search when I needed a staff member.
• No room service.

• The rooms were spacious and included a fridge. It was quiet and peaceful. They had a wonderful lazy river and a hot tub open 24 hours.
• The bed was not as comfortable as in some hotels, but it wasn't bad.

“I would definitely stay here again (and did, in fact, later on the same trip). It was clean, the employees were helpful and friendly, and the amenities were great (such as the in-room fridge, 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor lazy river).”
