  • The continental breakfast was good.
  • The entrance to the hotel was a little tricky.

“The hotel was sufficient. However, I was greatly disappointed with your prices. I can tell you that I will not consider using your service in the future.”

  • The location.
  • It was a very no nonsense functional room.

“Overall, the hotel was clean and functional but there was definitely nothing special about it. The breakfast area was extremely small about 4 round tables, not enough space for more than about 15 people. They also messed up the billing. ”

  • The staff was very friendly and helpful when things were needed.
  • Bed and chairs were uncomfortable.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful could have had more choice for breakfast too many sweet things some yogurt or a hot food would have been nice even something microwaveable. The beds were very uncomfortable , but the room was clean and hotel accessible from main highways price for the holiday season was reasonable because of time of year , but would be too much for a regular day.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • Close to I-40, relatively quiet.
  • Road access difficult, departure and entrance.

“Adequate accommodations. Deluxe breakfast was disappointing, although the breakfast area was decorated very nicely. Staff knew area well and were good with directions. Extra amenities hair dryer, iron, coffee pot much appreciated.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[7] • Location:[6]

  • It was cheap.
  • The room had a old smell, and the decor was way out of date.

“It was okay for a one night stay. I would not stay there if I was staying more than one night. If they would update the decor it would be a lot better.”

  • Quietness.
  • Nothing.

“It would have been cheaper to book the hotel directly with them. They made it up by upgrading me to a room with a Jacuzzi for a little more money. They made something right out of something wrong. I will book direct with them from now on.”

  • Nice people.
  • Price compared to other hotels in the area.

“After we arrived we saw that we could have gotten a much nicer room for less than we paid.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[5] • Location:[1]

  • Nothing really.
  • Location, cleanliness, access and breakfast.

“The entrance was a nightmare to get in and out. We had to wait one hour for the room to be ready. The first room offered had a strong smell of freshener and most of the lights did not work. The free breakfast did not look fresh and was passed up both days we were there. Overall we would not recommend.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[9] • Location:[4]

  • Front desk very friendly & helpful.
  • Room seemed heavily used, sheets & blankets were thin, decor from 20 years ago.

“It was about a 20 minute drive from Pigeon Forge. We saw many hotels right in Pigeon Forge. The room was neat with no obvious stains but because it looked so worn, it did not "feel" clean. The breakfast area was a converted hotel room and was very small, only 5 tables. The front desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[4] • Location:[7]

  • spacious room
  • couldn't get the reservations straight, 2 rooms of different sizes next to one another

“The hotel staff was not very informed, the rooms were spacious and clean. Getting the reservations straight was terrible. Told no King and 2 queen size rooms next to one another, only 2 queens, when we informed the staff that this would not suffice, 1 king and 2 queens became availible. The pool size was small, and the hotel did not meet the standards of a two star. Breakfast was served next to the laundry room, no in building diner.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The hotel was convienient to gas stations and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean.
  • It was further away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and local attractions than any other hotel. The staff disregarded the privacy please sign.

“The hotel was nice. The rooms were very clean. The outdoor pool was nice and warm but very crowded. The "deluxe breakfast" consisted of dry cereal, donuts, fruit, and individual packets of oatmeal. The coffee was good though.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[7] • Location:[1]

  • Quiet at night
  • Went three days without having anyone do housekeeping.

“This hotel is located in a very poor area. I was very displeased with the location taking two children there. The pool was not regularly cleaned, and housekeeping services were not on top of things - went three days without it and had to ask for clean towels.”

  • We parked directly in front of the hotel door and didn't have to carry our luggage far.
  • Twice we asked the hotel clerk questions about the area and she didn't know the answers.

“It was ok.”

  • The hotel seemed old,and there were no elevators.

“The hotel was old without an elevator, but it was clean. The staff was friendly and gladly gave us extra towels for the pool. The breakfast was simple, but included in the price. ”
