• The staff is very friendly and makes a business traveler like me feel very welcome.
• It was a very good experience. I have no complaints.

“This is one of the better LaQuinta Inn's that I have stayed at. The staff is excellent and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I always look forward to staying here when I am in the Toledo area.”

• The door to the room did not automatically lock shut. I told management.

“Met all my needs. (Would always prefer locally sourced organic foods, but the bagels were fine.)”

“The two basic things I look for in a hotel is cleanliness and available internet access. This hotel had free wireless internet and the room was very clean. In fact, the whole hotel looked new or just recently renovated. The staff was also very friendly. The included continental breakfast was simple, but good. My overall stay in this hotel was excellent and, therefore, I recommend it.”

“Overall appearance of hotel was pretty decent and the location was excellent. The beds however were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows rather cheap. For the most part, it would make for an economical stay.”

“I would stay in this hotel again! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. I was traveling with my friends and we all enjoyed this hotel and found it to be very comfortable and clean. The price was also great. I would recommend this hotel to families or business travelers.”

• Right off major freeways.
• Elevator had bad smell.

“This was a great hotel. It is right off of major freeways. Food is just a short drive away. Not a bad neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Sheets were pretty stiff but that is pretty much like all hotels.”

“It was a busy weekend for this hotel but they were very kind to air filter our room being that it was a smoking room and that was all that was left. It was very clean and amazingly quiet. The beds are great. Love the room layout.”

• The room was well decorated, pretty and the bed was very comfortable. I felt very much at home and very well taken care of.
• Loud small children next door.

“Loved my stay at the Westin. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the public areas were very pretty and beautifully decorated. My business is all about style and design so where I stay and the way it is appointed is very important to me. The fitness room was clean, bright, cool and comfortable. I have business in Philadelphia often and I will look forward to staying here again and again.”

• Everything seemed very clean.
• Rooms on small side, not real good for family.

“Overall good experience. Clean with pleasant staff. Breakfast layout could have been better. Pretty convenient to interstate but a little tricky getting into parking lot as not marked well. Good for short stay - room a little cramped for family or longer visit.”

• Spacious room, easy to get to off of the interstate.
• Bathroom was not very clean, pubic hair on floor & bathtub.

“Overall the stay was great, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The only down fall was that the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and in the bath tub which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the room as a whole.”
