• It was clean.

“I was extremely disappointed by a hotel policy after our stay. When we checked out early in the morning, we accidentally left a child's library book on the table, and returned only 3 hours later when we discovered it had been forgotten. The cleaning staff had found it and thrown it in the trash! We had to dig through a few bags to find it. I can't believe they don't have a lost-and-found, at least for 24 hours after a reservation! And if they had just taken a closer look at the book, it was very obviously from a library, from a different state; how could they just discard it like a newspaper. We were very disappointed.”

• The bed was wonderful and the fully loaded kitchen was awesome.
• The lobby was very small.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great place to stay. Especially if you have a family you can save so much money by cooking your own food, and using the fridge.”

• I liked the staff.
• The tile floor felt sticky on my bare feet (bathroom and kitchen) felt like the wrong cleaner was used.

• Location quite distant from I-75.

“I would describe the property as an extended stay location. It was fine for us for an over night but had more than we needed. Location would be great for business traveler.”

• Close to the main highway, secure, good staff.
• It was out of the way for me for my specific activity but manageable.

“Probably +3 miles from the main town. Basic quick breakfast. Suite room contained everything needed for an extended stay. I'd recommend it but I'm not sure what it is near.”

• Kitchenette and amenities - location was close to every retailer you can think of.
• Distance from I-75.

“Great mini-stay. Bed was very comfortable. I was surprised at the kitchenette that included a stove/oven and dishwasher and cabinets stocked with dishes, pans and utensils as well as a full size refrigerator and freezer. The hotel was directly across from Walmart where we could rent DVD's (DVD player was available at front desk) and buy groceries. Will definitely visit again.”

• The pool.
• AC did not work, front desk clerk, nor the GM tried to accommodate us.

“This hotel looks great however, we were miserable in our hot room and were told if we moved, that there would be an increase in price as no other studios were available. The next AM, the GM smugly said 'sorry' and did nothing when we discussed our stay and the behavior of the front desk clerk the previous night.”

• I liked the room with the apartment atmosphere.
• The lobby was small and the breakfast was meager.

“Price was fine and the location after we found it was great. Right in the middle of the stores and on a major highway.”

• It had a clean bed.
• Early check in not accommodated, room was dusty.

“Needed to check in to both rooms 1 hr early - got a lot of hassle. Was able to check into 1 room early and the other wasn't ready until an hour and a half past normal check in time. Room was very dusty and had really thin walls. Hotel was under construction and it seemed dark.”

• The rooms were spacious and had a kitchenette.
• It did not have an indoor pool.

“This hotel met my expectations for a Marriott-owned hotel. I was very pleased with the price I got, and it was well worth it for the type of hotel Town place Suites is. There was no indoor pool, which was a disappointment. Also, it is a good 5-10 minute drive from I-75, so it's no an easy on-easy off it that's what you're looking for.”

• The staff was friendly and it was non-smoking.
• The room smelled kind of like old woman.

“Nice people, got in our room there was soap from the last guest on top of the shower, it smelled like old lady, but the bed was very comfy. Probably the worst Marriott brand hotel I've ever stayed in, but I guess it served its purpose past the stench of old lady.”

“This hotel had a good location, but wasn't as clean as I would have liked. It was okay for the short one night stay that I had, but I wore my shoes the entire time so that my feet wouldn't get dirty.”
