• The heater didn't work -- I froze all night long.

“Basic, clean hotel that would have been fine if the heat had worked. But it was so cold and the heater didn't worked.”

• The only thing I could have liked was leaving there!
• I disliked the staff, service, dirtiness' of rooms, outdated products.

“This was not a nice experience for my family. In consideration of it being a very old hotel (maybe close to 35 years old) does not seem like they have put much upgrades in hotel since then. The A/C did not even work and they would not budge to compensate me for anything! The breakfast was horrible and was right in the lobby! Only had Special K and milk and toast. They need a better staff then they have got there, I heard numerous complaints in lobby/breakfast area from other guests while checking out of which one caught my interest.. A poor old lady that had gotten bit my Bed Bugs.. I guess this hotel had a good amount of their rooms infested with Bed Bugs. I really would not recommend this hotel to Anybody not even if they are trying to sell the room for $40 bucks!”

• A/C not working, not enough towels in room.

• Close to the highway.
• Didn't get a wink of sleep due to the loud college students. hotel staff took 5 hours to call cops about the noise.

“Horrible! Loud college students partied all night. Hotel staff was indifferent. Took 5 hours to call cops. Old & Grimy Outside entry so you hear everything. Better hotels are nearby! STAY AWAY!”

• Condition of Room - Poor Carpet, Poor Bathroom Fixtures.

“Overall, If you are just looking for a place to sleep. I guess its ok. However, the cleaning staff failed to clean our room 2 days in a row. And, the bathroom and carpet were in need of attention.”
