• The stray cat that wandered the hallways.
• The crumbling ruins attached to the structure inviting rodents into the building.

“I hated this motel so much! It was horrible. It looked like a bomb went off and everyone continued business as usual! I have been to only one other motel this bad and it was back in the 80s in LA in the middle of skid row. So use your imagination. The rooms were dark and moldy. The decor was so outdated it scared me and my boyfriend. Nothing has been updated since the early 80s maybe earlier. The curtains and bedspreads looked like goodwill throw-aways. The breakfast was a joke! If you value your life, don't stay here.”

• I liked the friendly staff and breakfast.
• The hotel was hard to find because of the remodeling.

“This motel is undergoing some demo or remodeling and doesn't look that great from the outside but my room was actually very nice and the staff was as polite as can be. The desk staff is the best. The housekeeping staff is also professional. They also have a decent breakfast and for the price you freely can't beat it. If you are strapped for money and are looking for someone really cheap and decent with a breakfast you should stay here. I did.”
