• The location and the food was good, and the stores and restaurants are close.
• Sorry I don't have anything bad to say.

“The hotel was neat and quiet the staff was excellent in service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We always stay there when we get some time away from Cleveland its our romantic getaway.”

• It was close to the interstate. Okay breakfast.
• Pool maintenance severely lacking, no toilet paper in room.

“This hotel is too close to a seedy part of town. Many abandoned buildings including an abandoned mall. I was concerned for our car sitting in the parking lot. Breakfast was adequate - at least something hot to eat. There were bugs floating in the indoor pool and still there from one day to the next. The carpet in the room was moist and the tub was filthy so we did not even shower there. They left no toilet paper in the room. I wish that when you called to inquire if the hotel was in a safer area, they could respond. As an out-of-town traveler, one never knows what kind of area is safe or not especially in larger cities like Toledo, Columbus or Cleveland.”

• Beds we're comfortable but, the place was not updated.
• Kind of looked like it needs some updating.

“If the only thing you care about is a comfortable bed this place is great. They did not have cribs for young ones. And it really need some updating.”

• Very clean hotel and rooms. The pool was very clean!
• Breakfast lounge is in a room, tight in and around.

“Great for that business traveler that is looking for the basics. They have wireless and wired network access in rooms. Worked out well for an economy trip with the kids.”
