“It was run down dirty, no outlets to use grooming products, the staff complained all the time, the bed was the worse ever, I didn't see bugs but I'm sure from the look of the rest of the place that they were there. The lobby smelt of cat urine, which was very offensive.”

• Fridge/microwave in room. Free internet. Great price.
• Small gap in door that allowed a bit of cold air in.

• Convenience to freeway; economical.
• Unlisted charge of $10 for dog.

“He said that there was a $10 charge for our dog even though the website said pets were allowed and did not say anything about an extra charge. I tried to suggest that perhaps he should inform the management of this oversight. He took offense and suggested that I could stay somewhere else. The "complimentary" breakfast was of very low quality.”

“You have really lowered their standards! The staff at this hotel took at least 30 minutes to get us checked in. seemed their new computer system took precedence over the customer. They gave us a smoking room when I had specifically requested non-smoking. We were told they were all filled up and no non smoking rooms available (which turned out to be false). I went to the lobby with towels I wanted replaced, but the clerk was on the phone and never did serve me! I verified via phone and also in person that they had wireless internet, but discovered after it was too late, that the wireless does not go past the breezeway, which, of course, is where they assigned my room. The clock radio did not work and the light bulb was burned out (or not plugged in). I would expect some sort of reimbursement for such a lousy experience. It was my son's wedding that weekend, and we were running late to get to the rehearsal the way it was. We certainly didn't need the added aggravation of incompetent staff in a run down motel!”

• The beds were exceptionally comfortable.
• The room was very dim, even with all the lights on.

“This hotel was a nice surprise. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.”
