• The service was excellent!
• Even though I had a very nice room, the toilet ran all room.

“I loved this place. The lady who was working the desk Friday evening was incredible. She could give lessons to all the sorry hotel clerks I've dealt with in the past.
The location was right off the Interstate, with all kinds of local and chain restaurants within a mile or two. I finally got one of the Courtyard rooms with a spacious balcony overlooking the scenic Outback parking lot. I could hear the hallway traffic quite easily. The doors are rather thin.”

• Location near several good restaurants.
• Televisions, poor quality picture double images.

“The hotel was in a excellent location with several restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and courteous. My only negative was the television quality in the rooms so I went to the lobby to view a football game but encountered the same double image problem.”

• Hotel was very clean.
• Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but I ended up in a room that was smoked in.

“When I arrived, my room had a do not enter notice that ozone was in use. The front desk person came up to remove it and the ozone machine. I asked, "does this mean the room stinks" and was assured it did not; they sometimes just need to "freshen" up a room. After a 2 night stay, all my belongings stunk and I had to wash even the clothes I didn't wear.”

• The staff was amazing. Clean, nice room. Great pool area. Excellent location.
• Honestly, it was all great. Maybe a slightly bigger TV.

“This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was great with directions to local attractions. Restaurants were close and nice. The landscaping was beautiful which is funny to say about a hotel. The pool was clean and well kept (and the perfect temp). Great breakfast area and snacks. Room was exceptionally clean and linens were fresh. Lots of pillows.”

• They had a small market in the hotel for convenience items.
• No restaurant or lounge on site, but they did have a breakfast buffet.

• Location friendly to where I needed to be--quiet--friendly--hot tubcoffee.
• Tight space in vanity area.

“Met my needs while visiting my son in Toledo--easy access to everywhere I wanted to go--room was easy to navigate from as we were on 1st floor and had an entry to/from parking close--the hot tub was terrific and the staff was quick to be friendly and helpful every time I asked for anything.”

• The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows of varying densities. It was awesome. I love lots of pillows.
• It would have been great to have a continental breakfast.

• Good location. Friendly attentive staff. Just what I expected.
• Snacks were expensive. Hot tub was out of commission. Had to change rooms as first smelled of smoke?

• The beds in this hotel were very comfortable. The rooms were clean.
• I did not receive the room that my confirmation said I had; the staff was not helpful at all.

“The hotel staff (front desk) did not do anything at all to rectify a mistake on their part. They said there was nothing they could do about some of my family members who would be sleeping on the floor because we did not get our reserved rooms. I had to make suggestions to fix the problem, they came up with nothing except (if there were 2 of only 4 cots available that we would get them) otherwise, she asked me if I expected her to go and take them from others.”

“The Maumee location is a convenient sight for access to all the big Name restaurants in the area. The in-room dining guide provided you with a list of restaurants that would deliver to the hotel for a very modest fee. The canteen area of the hotel has several convenience products at reasonable prices and the pool and workout area are excellent for this level of hotel.”

• People friendly, location great, room very clean.
• No comp breakfast for the normal price of hotel.

“Hotel very busy, friendly staff behind registration ran with ease both at check-in and check-out. Location from turnpike exit was good, close to restaurants etc. Rooms were very clean which a great plus in a busy hotel is. I'd stay there again!”

• Clean, comfortable room and facilities.
• The temperature of the hot tub was so hot it was unsafe.

“Very pleasant hotel and the kids enjoyed the long pool hours - the swimming pool was open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The hotel lobby had a nice sales area of convenience items, drinks and snacks. The only improvement would be a breakfast bar included in the price of the hotel as so many others in this price range already do.”
