• Location and availability were great.
• The spa in the room was cheesy, not upscale.

“The room was large and clean; not upscale; the furniture was mismatched; the spa looked suspicious; the breakfast was good, loved the waffles.”

• Breakfast good.

“Room was filthy, fan and heat lamp didn't work. Enormous spider in room. Pretzels on floor, along with cigarette burn holes and urine stains. Was bitten by spiders - have 2 big welts on abdomen.”

• Clean, friendly, very convenient for my needs at that time.
• Needs to be redecorated carpet stained, furniture old, needs a refrigerator in the room.

“If carpet and furniture were updated this would be a 4 star hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Very convenient for the tennis tournament that we were attending. Good shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again but would really like to have a refrigerator in the room.”

• Quiet. bed good swimming pool.

• It was in great disrepair, unkept, and a poor excuse for a hotel.

“This was the poorest hotel that I have stayed in, in the past 30 years... period. It was unkept, and in great disrepair.”

“Hotel is a little shabby for the rates charged. Reception was more interested in personal phone calls than helping the customer.”

• The large bathtub/shower and access from both the sides.
• It was a smoke-free facility.

“The hotel was easily to get to from the highway. A friendly staff made for an easy check-in/check-out. The hotel and grounds were neatly maintained. An overall satisfying experience.”
