• Price was great.
• Could do a better job on cleaning hallway carpet.

• Extended Stay America is the only hotel chain that gets automatically booked as single rooms.

“I am in a professional touring band and we travel with six (6) people and always book 3 rooms (2 people/2 beds per room). Extended Stay America is the only hotel that seems to get booked automatically as one bed per room. We were luck to be able to get rooms with 2 beds per room this past time but this isn't always the case. We had to pay an extra $10 + tax per room in order to upgrade to 2 beds per room once we got there. This is a serious inconvenience and leaves us with the possibility of some sleeping on the floor.”

• Good sized room. We had 4 people and there was plenty of space.
• Noisy. Doors banging all night. Uncomfortable beds.

“If I were on an extended stay I would really like this hotel. Aside form the noise and extremely uncomfortable beds, it was really nice.”

• Location and price.
• Not a very welcoming room.

“It suited our needs, we pulled in at 11 PM and and back out at 7 AM it was clean and the price was perfect.”

• Full size refrigerator in a separate kitchen area. Windows that open.
• No HGTV or food network. How'm I going to waste time?

“I like the ESA experience so much I'm kind of bummed anymore when I have to stay in a regular hotel room. This one is an especially good example of the chain: clean; well run; staff was helpful.”

• Good and friendly staff.
• Lobby area had too much of smoking smell.

“The room was really clean and well organized, but the lobby area had very strong smell of people smoking. Not too great place for people who did not smoke.”
