• No business center.

“What can I say? This was a hotel in the suburbs of Toledo. It was a room with a shower and a bed. I was not looking for anything special or fancy and they fulfilled my expectations completely.”

• Convenient location to local shopping and restaurants.
• Elevator was broken for short period, breakfast area too small.

“A solid 2 star hotel. No frills, but no complaints either. The elevator was broken for a short period, and the breakfast area was small. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the free Wi-Fi worked great!”

• Room doors opening to outside, not hallway.

“This hotel was very noisy. It features the old style motel look with room doors that open to the outside, not a hallway. This was, by far, the worst accommodation I had ever stayed in.”

• It was clean, very close to restaurants and shopping and they were quite friendly. Service was very good.
• If they could have their bottom bed sheets to fit the bed that would be great.

“All in all this hotel was comfortable and clean. Their complimentary breakfast was awesome, they were clean had free WiFi and fairly nice fitness room and were very friendly. I would definitely go back to them again.”

• Reception desk was very good, my bedroom was very comfortable, it's all very nice.
• There's nothing that I didn't like.

• This hotel staff was accommodating. When they heard my mom was 82 and having trouble walking, they moved our room locations to be near the elevator.
• Nothing! I thought the convenience of the food in the area as well as being near the highway was a good thing!

• Easy to get to. Close to restaurants. With in 20 minutes to anything in Toledo.
• Did find some hair in bathroom corner.

“I would stay their again. Had a super continental breakfast. Was quit, even though it was next to interstate.”

• Odor, cig. Holes in our sheets, low water pressure.

“We had tried to get our money back, was told to obtain our confirmation no. and so far we are unable to obtain this number. We were told to do this by your staff. We are non-smokers and requested a non-smoking room and that was what we were first offered when we arrived. Our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them! We did not stay the second night.”

• Internet slow.

“Wi-Fi internet slow, need to install more routers. Eggs watery, could be better. Pool was close down, outside type pool. Mall and shopping close by. Nice thing a fridge and micro in every room. Good for the business traveler, but not for family.”

• Continental breakfast was good. Room had a refrigerator. Convenient access to major highways.
• Linen was on the ragged side but, clean enough. It's just time for some replacements.

• The room gave me everything I needed. Microwave, mini-fridge, comfortable king-size bed.
• A few spots in the room hadn't been dusted in awhile.

• Kind of dirty and in need of a lot of repairs.

“Desperately needs updating. Looks dirty because of old dingy bedding, etc. Cracks and stains in places. Fridge did not work and had awful smell. Purchased a movie on the television and the color was in black and white. Regular channels were in color.”

• Breakfast, scramble eggs & waffles, $2.7. Movie next door, hot water for shower w/ hand rail, TV channels fair.
• Snow shoveling on some sidewalks only fair.

“Breakfast was pretty good along with the shower having hot water and a hand rail. The movie house next door offered $2 & $7 movies (new and 2nd run movies.) The washer and dryer were good at a price of $1.50 each. TV had a fair choice of channels. On arrival late in the day some sidewalks still had ice and snow. Next two days warmed up and snow and ice melted. Overall a 5.5.”
