“Hard to get around (elevators opened to the outdoors), not close to turnpike; counter was unstaffed and we had to wait for quite awhile to get checked in; no frills room with no refrigerator or microwave, TV remote was terrible (could only move channels up/down one at a time).”

“This was a really filthy hotel. Though the lobby appeared nice, the room was awful! There was mold growing on the bathroom walls. You could not shut the door of the bathroom. The walls had warped and paint was chipped away all behind the toilet. This was a room for four, and basically that meant that the four people could file into the room in a single line and go right to bed. It was one of the smallest rooms I have been in. The breakfast in the morning was terrible and the dining area was not cleaned. The front desk person ran the breakfast area and he was too busy at the desk to help anyone with the food. When I did mention that something was sour, he told me that it was impossible because everything was fresh. Umm. No it wasn't. I would rather have slept in my car.”

“It's clean and quiet (staying on the top floor). Housekeeping staff, maintenance and front desk was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ample, though the sausage links and eggs were lukewarm to cool all 5 mornings. Pool looked clean though I didn't use it. King bed was very comfortable - seemed new. Sheets, towels, pillows, comforter - all clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and wireless Internet all worked well.”

“The Quality Inn airport is poorly staffed with low quality service, dark and marginally clean rooms. The sheets on the beds do not fit causing guests to unmake and remake the bed and sleep on one side only in order to avoid sleeping in the bare mattress pad. Breakfast was marginal.”

“This hotel was in a convenient location with many dining options and adjacent to a Target store. The room itself was a disappointment though as it was worn, smelled musty, and not very clean. The in room air conditioning unit appeared to have mold growing on the air vent and there were bugs in the bathroom. My wife wouldn't let the kids walk around the room barefoot and was so concerned about the room's cleanliness that she wouldn't use the shower.”

“We got there after 11 PM due in part to poor directions from front desk staff. They gave us a 'non-smoking' room along their outside corridor, which smelled of smoke. They then moved us to one of their "nicer" rooms along their enclosed section of the hotel. That room smelled clean (no smoke) and looked clean. After spending an extra 45 minutes trying to find the place.”

“If you are looking for an over-priced property and a dingy, unkempt facility this is the place for you! Housekeeping staff should be fired as they are not doing their job of keeping the rooms clean and appealing. Only saving graces are the included breakfast and refrigerator and microwave in room.”

“What can I say? This was a hotel in the suburbs of Toledo. It was a room with a shower and a bed. I was not looking for anything special or fancy and they fulfilled my expectations completely.”

“The place was a train wreak. Had disgusting room that hadn't been cleaned. Asked for a room change and they refused at first. Had to argue with them to get them to change. service was rotten, rooms were dark and disgusting.”

“The hotel is an easy off on from the highway. There was a roll away bed in our room that took up a lot of space, as the room was not large. When we called the desk, we were told to push the bed outside. So, we did. Then the TV did not work. We again called the desk, and although the person was perfectly pleasant, she didn't have a clue about the TV. She offered us to change rooms. We were just too tired to do that, and through a pure fluke and no expertise, I managed to get the TV working. The room had free Wi-Fi, which was nice. The white coverlet on the bed had some small spots on it, but once we peeled that off, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate toilet/tub/shower room from the alcove in which they had the sink. I usually like that, but in this case, they only provided one bar of soap, so we had to keep moving it from the tub to the sink. Not having any bathmat at all was not great, as the floor got wet and slippery. They offered a free breakfast, but we got there close to the end of it, so although there was (or had been) hot food, we were left with a few scrambled eggs and limp sausage. You could make waffles if you wanted to. It wasn't the greatest, but it was a free breakfast, and had we gotten there earlier, it would no doubt had been better. The staff was certainly pleasant enough.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice - it included a waffle maker. I didn't like the fact that I asked for an inside access room since I was traveling alone, but the entrance on the second level was propped open and you didn't need to use your key card to enter. The pool was area was decent, but a little unkempt. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would go back for business or an overnight.”
