• The pool.

• I liked that it had a heated pool and Jacuzzi.
• The room still had trash in it from a prior guest.

“When the problem with our room was brought to the hotels attention they did nothing to correct it. I would say that the hotel would be ok for business stay and nothing more. Definitely for someone to is not to concerned with the cleanliness of the room. Also when my children had left their own blankets on the bed that they slept in, housekeeping wouldn't make their bed or even change the sheets. I know the sheets were never changed because my daughter spilled juice on them the night before and it was still there when we returned from a funeral. Yet when I called down to the front desk to explain our problem we were advised that housekeeping was gone for the evening and if I wanted new sheets on the bed then I would have to change them myself.”

• The room was clean and comfortable.

“My experience at this hotel was great. I was traveling alone with children so I was a bit nervous about how it would all work out but the hotel was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus.”

• Quality New facility with microwave and refrigerator
• Breakfast weeds upgrading similar to Hampton Inn

“We had stayed in older Comfort Inns,Hampton Inns, and Red roofs on our trip and appreciated a new facility with many nearby restaurants and easy Tollway access.”

• Staff was pretty friendly.
• I was disappointed that we had a smoking room.

“It was okay. I stayed in a lower ranked hotel on my return visit (it wasn't an Amerihost) and it was much cleaner.The bathroom of Amerihost wasn't very clean. I did like the quick checkout, so I didn't have to stop at the front desk.”
