• Modern and well appointed rooms.

“Clean, simple and well appointed rooms. Easy access to Toledo proper and freeways. Every aspect of the facility was in tip-top shape. Spotless.”

• Convenient to Downtown Sylvania and good Pizza restaurant.
• Phone system overly complicated; could not turn off "message light" after having listened to message.

“The hotel is pleasantly located on the banks of the Ottawa River in Downtown Sylvania. It is relatively, but not too close, to the Interstate. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The complete complimentary breakfast was quite nice and taken care of by staff. All around nice experience, except for phone system.”

• We thought the breakfast that was offered every morning was great!
• My personal opinion is that the rooms could have been cleaned better especially since someone left there underwear on the floor of our room.

“The building itself was very inviting. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were nicely sized. The beds were very comfortable and the fac unit was extremely quiet. Would not have known it was on except for the drapes moving.”
