Location.
Could not get an extra pillow.

“Not what I expected. Could not even get an extra pillow, hotel was not full. Had a hard time understanding front desk help. I will not be staying there again. This stay made me regert staying at a Super 8.”

It was close to the highway.
Very unfriendly staff.
