• Inexperienced and blah check-in staff. Crowded room.

“Desk person was very unhelpful while I was waiting, and only marginally helpful after the reservation came in. She was so incompetent she did not ask for ID or a credit card for incidentals. The room was crowded, there was no desk space, no place to reasonably plug in a laptop and work on it. Hotel made a nice appearance from the outside. Aside from the points mentioned above, room was OK, although shower curtain rod was falling down. Cleaning staff must have sprayed a whole can of that motel smell spray, which was really annoying.”

• Close to i-95.
• Dirty, toilet didn't work.

“The carpet was filthy and "sticky". The toilet didn't work at the hotel personnel where one level above "moron".”
