• There was nothing to like.
• Most horrible hotel experience ever.

“This is the worst customer service experience I have had ANYWHERE in the world. Run, do not walk away from this hotel. A rude, unfriendly check-in clerk dressed in sweat pants thought she was doing us a favor to confirm we had a reservation upon check in. The elevator was not working so we had to haul our luggage up the stairwell to the room ourselves. No assistance was offered. Paint and other painting supplies are stored in the stairwell. What happens if there is a fire? There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom. Dogs are allowed to have breakfast with you when staying with guests. What I think was a maid opened our door at 9am and announced she needed our sheets because she had "things to do". When confronted about these situations, the interim manager said WE were being rude. She was not concerned about our complaints and said we were not invited to stay another night. Wow. Like we wanted to.”

“Pool filthy and closed. Ice machine broken. Breakfast is joke, and not as advertised. Hot in may in Georgia and a pool and ice machine are out of service. By the looks of the pool it was contaminated. Pass this hotel up and drive further down the road. Comfort inns should be ashamed to have their sign outside this place.”

• The only good point about this motel was the staffs' friendliness.
• They did not hold our rooms, lied about calling us at home and changing our rooms, they put us in a room that the sink didn't work.

“This had to be the all time worse experience our family has ever had at a motel. It started even before we got there with finding out 3 hours away (having made a 12 hour drive) that they had not held the 2 double rooms we had reserved. The motel tried to make up a story about calling our home (which no one was at home) and making changes for only one room. When they discovered we were not going to fall for such a story, they stuck us in a room that was not ready for guest. There was no water in the sink (neither cold or hot), then acted surprised at the fact that we wanted it fixed. We had to postpone our plans and wait for a serviceman to be called. The serviceman did get hot running water, but the cold water still didn't work. Without checking the sink further the serviceman left. We had an appointment and had to leave the room ourselves. When we returned and begin our bathroom routines, it was discovered that the sink was stopped up and did not drain at all. My husband had to call the service desk and get a plunger and fix the sink his self for us to be able to finish our bed time routine. At this point it would have been an unpleasant stay, however this was only the beginning to an un-restful night. There was such banging up above our rooms that only two of our party was able to get any sleep. After repeated calls to the front desk, they did give us a discount on one of our rooms because of the noise. However they did not stop the noise for more than 10 to 20 minutes at a time. We would have gotten more rest if we'd slept in our cars. The only redeeming fact for this motel, was the fact that the employees were very nice and friendly. However we will not be staying at this motel again.”

• Nothing, upon arriving to the hotel, I couldn't even bring myself to stay there!
• It was dirty, in an unsafe area, the entire hotel smelled!

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially traveling alone. They were to put me on the 2nd floor, however with no elevator; I would have had to drag my suitcase up. The hotel was dark, dismal, and dirty and reeked of smoke. I have stayed in several comfort inns, and this was nothing like I had ever experienced!”

• Convenient location (less than 3 miles from where I was visiting).
• Pool closed at direction of health department.

“Good location. Somewhat sloppily run, but nothing egregious.”
