“We have stayed a couple times and found it very reasonable, the staff are very courteous and very friendly. It is a great location for shoppers and very family friendly. Many restaurants near by also.”

“Clean, friendly, good for families or business stays. I will give up little fancy soaps. Good beds, many pillows, nice complementary breakfast with waffles and the works. Quiet, near many food choices. The pool was a bit skimpy in size, but was clean. If you need a room near the airport, you could pay a lot more for equal service. Would stay again. We had our departure time wrong and the shuttle driver was on the spot and saved our hides! The only thing I would change would be to add an elevator for disabled guests and people with large amounts of luggage. Disabled guests should request a first floor accommodation.”

“The lobby was beautiful and the sitting and eating area were very clean. We got a room very close to the pool, which is why we were there. The front desk associate went to housekeeping for us to get extra towels. I can't say enough about the staff!”

“The swimming pool is shared with another hotel and was taken over by one group playing volleyball which made it unavailable for other families trying to use is. The pool was the main reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast area had no seating available and the food by the time we got there was dry and stale, and the food area closed at 9 on a Sunday morning. When I made complaints and asked to have my shoes that I left in my room sent to me, I had to pay the postage even though I could not use all the facilities I had specifically paid for.”

“I was disappointed by how worn and shabby the place looked. I had to carry a suitcase & briefcase up flight of stairs as there was no elevator. Bedspread and carpet were worn but clean and bathroom was very clean even in the corners. Refrigerator in room made a grinding noise all night long. Just loud enough to be annoying. Staff was friendly. Breakfast in morning was nicely served.”

“It was nice enough that a business associate changed her reservations at another local hotel to stay at the comfort inn.”

“First of all it was a business trip for me and my husband came along to keep me company. You do not have a choice for that one on number 11, only business solo. I will be returning to Flint in about a month or so and will stay in the same hotel, Comfort Inn.”
