• Tiles around the pool were slippery.

• Everything about the facility was excellent--food, staff, facility, room.
• The pool was a little small, but it was adequate enough for the kids to get out the wiggles.

• Great location to enjoy all the area shops in Frankenmuth. Clean, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.
• A little pricey.

• The room was roomy and comfortable.
• The hallway on t he second floor was very warm.

“I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I would stay here again if stayed in Frankenmuth. It was so convenient to be able to just walk to all the shops down main street. The hotel staff when ask a question was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning could last till 10:00 or 10:30. Then maybe there would always be enough tables for people to eat from. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable hotel and I would stay there again.”

• Location - clean - good breakfast helped with emergency.
• No fan in the bath room.

• Location in middle of town and friendly staff.
• Loudness of air conditioner.

“We like the fact that this hotel is centrally located and we can walk instead of drive. We have stayed here for a couple of years every time we stay in Frankenmuth.”

• Clean, for the most part, updated decor, great bedding, staff at desk were polite, great breakfast selections.
• The bathroom had hair on the bathroom floor and the TV was so dusty.

“When we visit Frankenmuth again, we will definitely stay again. Good quality for the money.”

• The location and size of the rooms.
• A small child next door to a ball team.

“They should pay somewhat attention to the location of guests. We had a block of several rooms as a ball team with parents, coaches and their families. They placed a family with a small child in the room next door. The sink in the room had a used soap and washcloth on the counter. Was not offered a discount or anything. The room had nice amenities and was spacious.”

• Maid service was really late.

“This hotel is centrally located to all of Frankenmuth. Pool and hot tub area were very nice and clean. Room was well appointed for the price.”

• The spaciousness and decor of the suite.
• My key card didn't work half the time.

“This is a wonderful hotel for business or pleasure. The spaciousness of the suite is very suitable for the comfort of long business travel as well as a family vacation or romantic getaway. It is located in the downtown district for easy walking access to restaurants and shops. The decor is very tasteful and the bed and pillows are perfect for an excellent night sleep. I highly recommend this hotel”

• Only one TV for the entire suite.

• Location was great and the hotel was, overall, very nice for the money!!
• There is nothing negative to say.

“The staff were very generous and helpful which helped my family's stay very relaxing. There was a wide selection from the breakfast menu which was an added bonus. Overall, this hotel was an excellent decision and my wife and sister-in-law were very pleased to find that the suite, we stayed in, was very nice and roomy!”

• Pool was cold. Couldn't leave early.

“This hotel is one of the best that we have ever stayed in. However, the pool was cold. Almost shockingly so. Also, when we tried to leave early, NOT ANY FAULT OF THE HOTEL STAFF! All we could get is an automated line that disconnected me twice!”

• Front desk staff was terrible, unhelpful, and rude

“No non smoking room for me and I received a Smoking room, which I am allergic to smoke and can not stay in. Upon check in, I requested a NON Smoking room and they required an upgrade to the Jacuzzi suite because they had no other rooms. The next morning the front desk locked me out of the hotel room and exterior entrances from parking lots, with no call to advise of this. They said they needed to confirm I wanted to upgrade a second night and stay in same room. I already expressed to the front desk staff upon check in that I would need the upgrade both nights. The upgrade charge was outrageous... an additional $106.56, plus $10.00 for a tax per night I am disgusted with this service. I will stay at this hotel again.”
