• Outstanding service from front desk and especially from valet parking staff.
• Only complaint is that room was right on street and was a bit noisy, second night earplugs took care of that!

“Excellent hotel, feels very much like a boutique hotel. Lobby has a nice fireplace, warm and comfy. A big bowl of apples awaits guests. Extremely convenient if you are visiting the University of Michigan. One of Ann Arbor's restaurants, Earle's Uptown, is right there. (It is upscale, definitely, but of outstanding quality.) Alas, there is no wireless service in the rooms, but an Ethernet cable is provided, and it is free.”
