• Leaving.
• Black mold, filthy carpet, insect in bed, bad odor, no amenities, and continental breakfast was coffee and bagel, no clock.

“My family and I are not frequent travelers, however, in our experience; this hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. We have two small children and these conveniences were most appealing to us. We found black mold in our bathroom, the carpet was so filthy that our daughter's socks were ruined from her walking in them, the room had a bad odor, my parents found several insects in their bed, and there was no breakfast. It quickly became obvious to us that this hotel was the area "party house" because of the amount of people frequently coming and going and one "guest" actually tried to use her key in my parents door and when my dad answered, she told him that he was in the wrong room because that was were her parties were always located! Scary. We also called the hotel's corporate line only to receive the same treatment.”

• The desk clerk was very polite and friendly.
• The small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom had already been partially used.

“They gave us smoking rooms instead of non-smoking like we requested, but were able to find us one non-smoking room.”
