  • It was clean and handy.
  • The continental breakfast was poor. Not much selection and no fruit.

  • Didn't honor my reservations.

“I was given a different rate for room and they didn't have the room I booked. I had to downgrade my room!”

  • Dirty, unkempt room.

“Staff was great. Room was terrible, light bulbs out, and carpet coming up. When we arrived, the door was half open and the toilet would not shut off.”
