• I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly.

• Continental Breakfast selection was good.
• Toilet did not look clean
  and
  wallpaper pulled away in bedroom.

“The sheets were clean, but the bedspread was not. The bathroom stool looked like it needed a thorough cleaning. Everything else was fine. Not exactly what I would call a 3 star stay.”

• It smelled wonderful and rooms were large.
• I think it was fairly new, but none of the windows had been washed, still had all the construction dirt on them. in the rooms and in the common area.

“It was a great place to stay. Rooms were big and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good, lots of options. Would definitely stay there again.”

• Clean and large room.
• Internet would not work in the room we were in, they couldn't put us further from the front desk, had a problem finding a parking space in evening.

“The location was good for visiting Frankenmuth as well as Burch Run mall. I circled the hotel 3 times and could not find an empty parking space the night we stayed. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. I would stay here again.”

• Large room, separate sink from shower and toilet, very clean and quiet.
• None.

“Very clean, large room (had two queen size beds). Easy check-in. Continental breakfast a bit lacking but served the purpose.”

• Continental breakfast.
• It smells dingy, like cigarette smoke that they just couldn't get out. It was pretty disgusting.

“The hotel smelled like stale smoke everywhere you went. It was clean otherwise but very outdated decor. Obviously it hasn't been decorated in 20 + years. On the brighter side, the location was very close to the outlet malls. Fortunately I spent my time shopping instead of in my hotel room.”

• The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The registration staff was prompt and courteous.
• My husband and I have no complaints at all!

“The comfort Inn at Birch Run was a very pleasant place to stay. The price was right! The lobby area was very clean and pleasant to look at. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. The amenities were good (hair dryer, safe, etc) easy directions to the hotel. Centrally located to where we were going to go Frankenmuth. I would recommend the comfort Inn to family and friends.”

• The pool facility was ok.
• The room was disgusting. Smelled like smoke, dirty, broken lamp.

“The hotel was gross. I reserved a non smoking, and got a smoking room. I had 2 children and they couldn't even breathe in the room. We had to burn a candle and keep the window open at all times. Good thing it was windy. There were dirt splatters on the wall, and a broken light in the bathroom. I was not pleased. The hotel staff did not do one thing to make the stay any better.”

• Pool stayed open late and there was popcorn for snacks and breakfast.
• I liked everything about this hotel.

“This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have encountered. Friendly staff, great pool area and open late & early, large and "roomy" room for 4 people, popcorn made in lobby, nice game room and exercise room, and lovely breakfast. It is tops in my book!”

• The staff was excellent and friendly, the continental breakfast was best we have seen in a long time. The rooms were exactly like the internet photos.
• I am sorry I can't answer this question. We didn't have one complaint while there.

• The ease of getting my room and the service at the desk was great.
• My door rattled when other guests opened and closed their doors.

“The hotel and staff were nice, but the location left a little to be desired. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but might try the holiday inn if I go back there again.”

• Nice pool. Clean. Efficient staff.
• Included breakfast was weak on selection.

“Only a one night stay but it was a pleasant one. Everything operated smoothly. Pool is large and clean. The kids had a ball. Only complaint is the continental breakfast. I have seen many variations of what hotels call a 'continental breakfast. This was definitely on the weaker side. ”
