• It was right between Birch Run and Frankenmuth!
• The continental breakfast was really crowded.

“It is located right on Birch Run, and not too far away from Frankenmuth. Everyone there was really friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.”

• The staff was very good.
• Did not have bacon or sausages for breakfast.

• Smoking is allowed on non smoking rooms balcony.

• Room was clean.
• Room rate was too high for the type of room and location. Hotel was sub par.

“Hotel room was OK. There was only one tiny indoor pool. Room rate was too high. Hotel just had a sad atmosphere.”

• Nice comfortable cocktail lounge for relaxing in the evening.
• The temperature in the room was too hot when we arrived.

“This was the second time we stayed there. It's nothing fancy, but the beds are comfortable and quiet and it has everything necessary for a restful night sleep.”

• Great amenities, helpful staff.
• We had no complaints about this hotel.

“The Best Western at Birch Run is a very nice hotel. They were in the process of remodeling, updating and adding a restaurant/lounge when we were there. The areas already remodeled were very nice and the rooms were quite comfortable. We will be returning next year!”

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Carpet filthy and upswept, table sticky.

“There was remodeling going on which did not affect us. We were in the old and not remodeled section. There were holes in the carpeting, the carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed. The table was sticky and dirty. When we complained the room was vacuumed and table washed.”
