• Nothing!
• This was the worse hotel I have stayed in.

“This was the worse hotel I have stayed in. It had bugs and was very dirty. I asked to change rooms for the first time in my life but the new one wasn't much better. The hotel should be condemned.”

• Security was nonexistent. Someone broke into my room.

“Some sick freak entered my room and left two used condoms on the floor in front of my bed. I no longer feel safe in a hotel and will not travel alone!”

• They had us in the wrong room and badmouthed you.

“They did not have the room that we called in and worked through the issues to get. They had local day raters living there that were loud. No zero, towels for us to use. None in the room none from the front desk. We used one foot towel for all three of us to dry off with. Bed had a board or something in between it and rocked from side to side. Mold in the coffee pot. Building looked okay from the road and it was late, we endured due to the fact they offered nothing to better the situation other than sorry. It will never in a million years be somewhere I subject my family to again. Their breakfast was fruit loops and muffins with warm milk.”
