Hampton Inn Saginaw is located on the northwest side of Saginaw near numerous shopping centers and fine restaurants. Fashion Square Mall with over 100 shops and Sam's Club are 1 mile west of the hotel.

Other local attractions include Saginaw Valley State University (2 miles), Saginaw Art Museum, Civic Center, and Harness Raceway (5 miles). Within .5 mile you can dine at Taco Bell, Applebee's, Lone Star Restaurant, or McDonald's.

We are a 120 room limited service hotel with outdoor heated pool . Amenities include complimentary continental breakfast and TV with cable. We also offer, cribs, hair dryers, in room irons and ironing boards, and passes to SVSU Ryder Center (gym). Laundry/valet services, meeting/banquet facilities, audio visual equipment, and refrigerators are available for a nominal fee.

The hotel has gone through major renovation during 2001 and will be completed with all new guest rooms and a new lobby in 2002.[less]

Beautiful white duvets speak well for their laundry facilities.
Weird creaking in roof and outside wall as building heats and cools.

“We were on a long weekend seeking a change of scene but we still wanted to shop a little, as well as try some new eateries. We usually travel casual and want a safe, clean and friendly place to stay. Our destination of choice to shop was birch run outlet near Frankenmuth Michigan. Due to the busy weekend we booked the Hampton inn Saginaw. Staff was friendly and accommodating, free breakfast was adequate and plentiful, along with a complimentary newspaper daily. The room was the highlight. The heat/cool unit ran quiet and kept us comfortable the king sized mattress seemed new and puffy but firm. The TV was topnotch and the lighting superb. High speed internet was available although we did not require it. We were 20 minutes from birch run, but found enough exciting shopping for both of us near our inn, for a full day. Yes lots for the guys here too. Well worth the stay. ”
