• Close to restaurants and stores.
• The mattress was nasty filled with stains gross.

“Need to have better air quality in the rooms and clean better. Also get new mattresses or make sure to cover the sides up.”

• For a Knight's Inn, it is above par, well maintained.

“Located in a busy , nicer section of Saginaw, there should be no security issues, Family that runs this franchise is very nice, employees are very professional also. Rooms are clean and are what I would expect for the price point.”

• Easy parking and excess.
• 1st room very bad/air condition not working & bathroom very torn up with plywood showing and floor bad get to looking.

“I actually would have spent more money for and upgraded room if I had known of the bad quality in advance, but was only staying for one night, so I just put up with it and got out of there as early as possible.”

• Nothing.
• The place was so bad if we did not already pay for it we would have gone some where else.

“The place was bad! Not light covers over the lights in the ceiling. Carpet has grease spots every where. Ref won't close so it iced up and water all over the floor. Sink was black and Nasty. Paint on the floor and tile, bathroom door so dirty you could write your name in it with water. But the sheets were clean.”

• Location, next to several gas stations, stores and the mall and movie theatre.
• They accept pets, heard barking. The fridge was quite noisy.

• Not much.
• Sink drain stopped up - management allowed loud music outside.

“One of the worst motels I have stayed at. Staff gave wrong instructions for getting to motel. Sink drain stopped up; did fix. Loud music played outside our room - staff had to call police. Towel has been used dozens and dozens of times. Hard to see much in the motel.”

• It had a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
• It didn't have a microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker like it said it did.

“I was lead to believe that it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee pot in each room. It did not have any of them. The rooms had a smell of mildew and fresh paint mixed. One of the two rooms the toilet didn't work and in the other room the faucet of the sink leaked all over when you turned it on. Other than that it was a hotel room.”
