• Balcony in room.
• Breakfast hours are very limited (till 9:00am).

“The room was clean, and the lobby was very nice. The only complaint that I truly have would be with the staff. The young man that was working at the check-in counter was not friendly and welcoming in the least. I wouldn't say he was rude, but just short of it. No smiles, pleasant conversation, etc.”

• Location was convenient; easy to locate.
• Front desk staff very unfriendly; lack of customer service; argumentative with guests; swimming pool very unwelcoming.

“Hotel was clean and easy to locate. Front desk staff were very unfriendly. They were argumentative with guests and not helpful at all. There was absolutely no supervision or monitoring of the swimming pool area. The breakfast, while good, had no supervision and were out of items and the toaster did not work. I would not be likely to return mainly because of lack of customer service from the staff.”
