• Close to UT campus, cheap, reasonably clean.
• Workout area location and setup , burnt holes in bedspread non smoking room

“I needed a reasonably priced, reasonably clean place to sleep that was close to UTs campus. This place fit the bill.”

• Very convenient to the interstate and restaurants.
• Staff was not very friendly upon check in.

“Rooms were clean, pool was clean as well. Ok hotel for short stays. Met all minimum requirements. The staff was not friendly when we checked in, I asked for a smoking room she put us in a no smoking room. I went back to the front desk and she seemed extremely put out that she had to change the room.”

• It was very close the University so we did not have to drive far.
• Other than the bank robber who got arrested there and the semi that ran over the car on the hwy in front of the hotel, it was great.

“Overall it was a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but it was clean and convenient.”

• It was very clean and much nicer than I was expecting considering the cheap price and the service was very friendly and helpful and it includes breakfast.
• It's right along the highway so you hear cars driving by all night, but this didn't really bother me and I still slept well.

“It's certainly a bargain for the price. It is very close to everything you may need: mall, gas stations, restaurants galore, convenience stores, and it have a refrigerator. I loved the comfy reclining chair, something most lower priced hotels don't have to offer. I also felt pretty safe there as a solo female traveler.”

• They had very prompt service.
• The beds and pillows need to be replaced. The beds were sinking and pillows were flat.

“Easy to find right by the interstate but the beds and pillows were wore out. If you just need a quick place stay the night and move on this is an ok hotel.”

• Out of single rooms-Upgraded to business class.
• Room wreaked of smoke(non-smoking room requested).

“For a business class room the wireless net signal was very low to none in room 151.”

• Clean, comfortable, close to desired area.
• Parking was not the best.

“The Super 8 was a great buy for my money. I slept well on a bed that I would describe as above average for a hotel bed. I was close to the places I was going, and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe.”

• Very convenient to west Knoxville.
• Lumpy bed, running children.

“A moderate economy hotel. Older, but reasonably maintained. The mattress has seen better days & bigger people.”

• The room was very clean. Well worth what we paid for the room.
• A lot of construction going on, that the hotel can't help.

“It was a nice place to stay. I didn't expect it to look as nice as it did (for the cost) I would return to this hotel again.”

“Dirty, dingy, Afraid to sit in chairs, noisy. Generally poorly maintained. I would have left had I been able to locate another room.”
