• Marriott's renovations of Fair Field Inns was a great business idea. I always know what to expect with Marriott.
• Because my stay was for business and not pleasure, I stayed in my room. The RCA TV was 15 years old. I used to own the model.

“I always know what to expect with Marriott/Fairfield Hotels. A friendly and professional staff; a quiet, comfortable, contemporary room with the best beds (pillow-tops). All for a reasonable price. Except for the out-dated TV, I was not disappointed. Thanks, Marriott.”

• Immaculate room, great service, close to everything.
• No outside sun areas for sunning.

• I liked the layout/size of the room, the high ceilings, and the dining/meeting room and the hot tub.

“We loved our stay and especially the location in bwtween Mall of GA and Discover Mills.”

• It was close to where my meetings were being held. Was practically empty on a holiday weekend.
• There was a strong smell of plastic or glue on the 3rd floor. There was paint splatters all over our room on the sink and floor.

“Im glad that the breakfast was free. There was not much of a selection. Even though the place was practically empty (even though it was Valentines Weekend) we were put on the 3rd floor which they were renovating. The smell was over powering. Our room had pain splatters all over the sink and floors, there was floor trim missing. And the shower curtin was very nasty. This last item was fixed the next day. But overall I paid a cheap price for a cheap motel. I expected more from the name "Mariott".”
