  • Nothing.
  • Extremely slow check in. Initial room stunk like stale cigarette (no smoke room).

“About 10 p.m. check-in for a short night. Took 15-20 minutes to check-in with only 1 person in front of us. Initial no smoking room had been smoked in and the deionizer was still running. Asked for and received another room with a comment from the clerk that all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. If no one had smoked in their non-smoking room why run the machine to cleanse the room?”
