• Really, it was what I expected.

“Staff aims to please for any request. Convenient to major highways. Adequate room space. Clean. Continental breakfast was provided. An overall, excellent value accommodation.”

• Staff was excellent and very helpful, knowledgeable of area.
• Parking light shined into room, unable to move curtain to avoid the light.

• Very clean rooms and nice location.
• When, my bathroom toilet over flowed they took along time to fix it.

“On the room I had problems getting someone right away, also and getting another room close to our partner travelers that was with us, we had to remove all our stuff from hotel room and move into another down the hall, in which we was tired, then said had heated pool and wasnt, so I didnt get to enjoy that, was one main reasons I wanted to stay there. Actually I was disappointed, and thought I should be compensated for my stay.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The pool being out of service and the smoke smell.

“The hotel appeared clean, however all rooms are non-smoking but have been smoked in, in the past. New carpet and paint, but the smoke smell is over powering! We were moved to a different room. Our hot tub didn't work and the pool was closed the entire time. I stayed in the room with two young children the entire weekend. My husband was at an archery tournament. The staff said the pool would be back in service by the evening, it wasn't, and they kept delaying the time and finally said it was closed until Monday or Tuesday. Had they told me that the pool was closed when we checked in on Thursday night, we would have changed hotels. The sheets were clean and the beds comfy, the blankets were not clean and the window coverings were very dusty. The staff was more than friendly and tried to be accommodating. There is nothing to do at this exit, all restaurants are smoking.”

“We were told our coupon would not be accepted. The only reason we stopped here was because of the coupon rate. We had to pay $15 more than the coupon rate. We picked up the coupon at a rest stop in a Kentucky Travel Coupons booklet. The lady manager told the girl checking us in to not take coupons tonight. We will never be back to this Comfort Suites. The one in Iowa was superb!”
