  • Excellent customer service.
  • Desk was very small.

“This hotel is simple and clean. The bed was comfortable, everything worked and I had everything I needed. The staff was very kind to help me look for my keys when I thought I lost them, and they even looked in the trash for me! It had excellent lighting, which impressed me, but overall it was not at all exciting.”

  • The staff was friendly and very helpful.
  • The people in the next room were loud.

“The hotel was nice. The hotel was fine for a two star hotel. The pool area was nice, the morning breakfast was nice. I have to come back to the area in a couple of months and this is where I am going to stay. A very nice hotel for the money and the location was great. The room was fine also.”

  • Pool was nice, clean and warm. Breakfast decent. Price reasonable.
  • Rooms a bit on the dirty side (dusty, cigarette burns, dirty socks).

“For one night, it is passable. The breakfast is decent, and my kids loved the warm (and clean) pool. The staff was friendly and provided us with extra blankets and the like with no hassle. On the down side, the room was only partially remodeled, and housekeeping does not have an attentive eye. Nice carpet, clean bathroom, dirty walls, dust everywhere, very old furniture and comforters. Would I recommend it, no. Is it horrible, no.”

  • Good location.
  • Rooms needed updated. Cigarette smoke was drifting into the breakfast area.

“This hotel is a one star, not a two. The staff was friendly, but were smoking in the building in the breakfast area. You can hear everything through the walls at the hotel. The rooms were small and outdated. I would not stay here again.”

  • Noise in the hallways by rude guests 11:30 PM and later.

  • Staff was very attentive.
  • Typical cheap motel, musky odor, stains, dated, noise.

“Very professional and pleasant staff. Quality of the room and surroundings was poor. Stained carpets, walls, and even the bedding. Did not feel safe. I could not wait to leave and did not even shower.”

  • Price that's all.
  • Room was tiny, sheets were yellowed (old, but appeared clean)

“The room was tiny, the carpet, bedding, towels, etc., all looked really old (though the towels & sheets seemed to be clean). There was soap scum on the sink, the carpet needed major cleaning (or replacing). One of the wall fixtures appeared to be falling out of the wall. Trust me, I travel a lot, and RARELY I am this disappointed.”

  • Around allot of places and stores.
  • I had to pay 20$ extra for 2 beds.

“The hotel itself was okay, but the room was really eerie. I needed 2 beds instead of one (was traveling with my mother in law), and the man at the front desk acted like everything was booked. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot. So he said for 20 dollars I can move you. I thought it was rather odd that it was 20 dollars even because of taxes and everything.”

  • Location and affordability.
  • Didn't appear very well maintained / cleaned.

“The hotel's staff was reasonably friendly but not terribly attentive. The lobby has an automatic air freshener that runs too frequently making the lobby nearly unbearable with regard to the smell. The rooms were ok, not great. I asked for a crib at check in and was promised that one would be provided. There was not one in the room nor was there sufficient free space in the room to set one up.”

  • Smoking room smelled horribly of smoke. Ashtrays wastebaskets not emptied. Shampoo soap not in room.

  • Would not allow pets; rooms too small.

“A clean hotel close to various restaurants sure to satisfy everyone's taste. Friendly staffs who are want to assure an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Amenities include a weight room, spa and an indoor heated pool for you pet lovers, leave the animals home. Animals are not welcomed here.”

  • Noise, cleanliness, comfort.

“Travelers should request a room in the back of the motel (away from the road in front). Rooms in the front, at least on the ground floor, have significant road noise and bright light all night (light enters the room above the curtain rod).”

  • The location was great. Allot of stores and restaurants were in walking distance.
  • High traffic volume. Kids racing up & down the street at all hours of night. Dusty room.

“Over this entire hotel had it all. The house keeping staff (although friendly) was very unprofessional. Smoking in the room and hallway while discussing personal situations. The room was upgraded to a suite, which I must say was very nice. The beds were little uncomfortable. I would still stay there again due to the location, but would highly recommend asking for a room on the back side of the building.”

  • For the money I paid there was nothing I liked.
  • The cleaner they used was sacking sweet, it seemed as if they were masking odors.

“I wasn't aware any hotel had a queen sized bed I thought they were only a king, 2 doubles or 2 queens. Never 1 queen. I thought the blankets were old. The carpet was dirty and a cleaner was used that to sweet smelled. The staff was pleasant. The faculty was confidently located. I felt the hotel was definitely overpriced especially charging an additional $10. The other 2 hotels I stayed at on this trip for the same amount of money were much nicer.”

  • Great room/suite.
  • The steps in the pool are very slippery.

“The room is more like a suite with considerable room, very comfortable bed, nice TV, great HVAC, large window, indoor pool, tasty breakfast, and very helpful staff. We plan on making this a repeat stay in the future!”
