• Small bed size.

• The friendliness of the desk clerk.
• There was no meat on the breakfast bar and not a variety to accomodate all and breakfast ends to soon.

• Nothing!
• Sofa was too dirty to sit on. People outside sitting on the curb all evening.

“When I arrived it was a totally different experience. There were rednecks sitting outside on the curb all evening. The room was very noisy because of the location right next to the Interstate. The sofa was so stained that I had to put a sheet over it just to feel like it was safe to sit on. There was "sticky stuff" on the desk & kitchen counter. As a single female traveler I did not feel safe here either. And the staff seemed to care less when I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the room. Overall a very disappointing experience. Will not return.”

• Location near mall with lots of restaurants, many price points.
• Maintenance did not respond when TV broke.

“The lobby was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the fitness center was located off the lobby. Continental breakfast of fresh oranges, coffee, and bagels (with butter, cream cheese, and grape or strawberry jelly) was quick and easy. Three luggage carriers let the traveler unload everything in one trip up to their room (and vice versa when time to check out). The TV broke my second evening and I was quickly moved to another room when maintenance could not repair it. Internet service at 54 mbps wireless was welcome and reasonably priced with one low fee for the entire stay. I was able to stay in touch with family & friends while almost a thousand miles from home! King sized bed was comfortable, black out curtains worked quite well to darken the room, and the towels were abundant, especially as I was by myself. I did try the exercise room - I really should have brought some workout clothing!”

• Allows transient people to live at the hotel long-term.

“It looked clean, but the walls of the shower were covered with old soap/water stains. Running your hand over the tiles exposed bumps. Need to clean. Refrigerator smelled strange. Bathroom exhaust fan was obnoxiously loud. Sheets had several cigarette burns. For $4 more, friends stayed at the Hyatt and had a very clean room and no loud families down the hall that were living at the hotel long-term.”

“Having a good continental breakfast is important. They don't have to get fancy, but juice, milk, cereal would be very nice!”

• Everything was nicely decorated and well kept.
• You could not turn left into the street, only right into the street.

“I'd stay there again because it was convenient, good price, and once I figured out the streets, it was no problem. Dining was convenient too.”

• No housekeeping on daily basis, no clean towels brought to room.

• Morning breakfast bar does not qualify as a breakfast bar they don't offer anything, no milk juice, cereal etc.

• I can't find anything I disliked about this Hotel other than the fact that it's not available in more locations around Atlanta!

“Plasma screen TVs, down bedding, right next to a nice mall and spacious up-to-date accommodations. This Hotel 'Rocks' for any business traveler working in the area. I highly recommend to any type of traveler seeking quality accommodations for the best bang for the buck in Atlanta.”

• Had kitchen, refrigerator and pots and pans.
• Phone did not work, leaking shower and toilet. Broken lock.

“The room was ok. At first appeared good and then problem started showing. Water was leaking from the sides of the shower. Toilet was leaking. The bathroom lock was broken. The toilet air vent was extremely noisy. Bathroom was really small for this size room. Did not have washing liquid and scrub to do dishes. No paper towels to use in the kitchen. Did not have enough facilities to be qualified as extended stay. Phone did not work at all.”

• Located on interstate and very noisy.

“This is a very nice hotel which is easily accessible, clean, and great customer service provided. The only negative to this hotel is its location next to interstate highway and it is quite noisy at night.”
