• Location.
• The hotel was in the middle of an extensive renovation.

“I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had known that it was in the middle of an extensive renovation. The carpet was even torn out of the halls. You had to walk thru a work area to gain entrance to the lobby (exterior painting). There should have been a discount on their rates for all this inconvenience.”
