• location was close to where I needed to be the next day.
• No address on the front door, mattress on bed was very warned , two TV in room one worked the other did not, no iron in room available.

• It was close to where I needed to be, the Gwinnett Arena.
• No easy or safe access to hotel, one way in, one way out. TV remote held together with black electrical tape!

“I did expect more than what I got. For instance, there were ladybugs flying around in ceiling, the bathtub had patch holes in it, the water pressure was very low and the shower head didn't work. The foreign staff was no help at all, they spoke very little English and knew nothing of the area, the hotel's address is 1920 Pleasant Hill Road, I needed to go to 1500 Pleasant Hill Road, He couldn't tell me which direction it was. Mind you, it's very busy and difficult to enter in traffic from the hotel and to do a "U" turn is illegal within a mile in any direction.”
