• Location was good.
• Staff could care less if I stay there. did not want to seek English!

“Floor dirty, elevator smelled of oil very strong smell! Staff left early and did not show up till late morning.”

• Check in clerk was very polite.
• The room was not very nice.

“The room was very musky and the faucets were mismarked to read cold when it was hot. When we mentioned it to the check out, clerk he implied that we would have to be experts in that field in order to know that. I figured it out by scalding my hand when I turned on the cold water. But I am not an expert. It was a short stay and I would not stay there ever again.”

• The room, bed & bathroom.

“This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. The room was too small, the bathroom was extra small. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were old and unshapely. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed so the cover kept coming off. The carpet felt sticky, looked really dirty and has a moldy smell in the room. The staff was very unfriendly, when I checked in the front desk clerk threw my identification back at me. He had a nasty attitude. I will never stay at this hotel or chain again.”

• The ants in the kitchenette.

“I had to be moved to another room because ants were in the kitchen area. The hotel moved me upon request and it was after midnight. The beds were not very comfortable.”
