• There was a mix up in room numbers from the from desk.

“There was a mix up in room numbers from the from desk. It took 20 minutes to fix the problem. I had to be somewhere and wasted valuable time dealing with this mix up at the front desk. They gave me a room number that belonged to someone else.”

• The hotel was very dirty and the window was broke part of the mattress was hanging to the floor.

“Very surprised at how dirty this hotel was, when we arrived to the room the outside window was broke and the room was very cold due to the broken window. The floor under the beds was filthy found three pens on the floor. The box spring cover underneath was hanging to the floor. Phone had a message for a trucker on it when we arrived. Would not stay here again.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly.
• The smoke smell in the hallway was a bit strong at times.

“It had a pretty good location in relationship to the highway and there were many restaurants and a Sam's club and gas just around the corner. The staff was very nice.”

• It's a dingy dump in a very inconvenient location.

“I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel in Dayton, Ohio. This hotel was in an extremely inconvenient location as it was basically situated in an industrial park away from all of the other major airport hotels. The accommodations were well worn and dingy, the beds were some of the worst hotel beds I have ever encountered and the hand towels were laundered but remained permanently stained with dirt. While the staff was courteous and extremely helpful, overall, this was a horrible hotel experience.”
