• Lots of restaurants within 1 mile.
• Hotel is old and worn. Room seemed and felt dirty.

“Hotel is an old Residence Inn, and I stress old. Its rooms are very worn and out dated. This hotel should not be rated any more than a 2, at the most.”

• I loved the suite set-up with kitchen facilities.
• My sheets were dirty, no indoor pool.

“The hotel personnel were friendly, polite and accommodating. The kitchen facility was well stocked and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. There was no indoor pool, which was disappointing, and my sheets were stained upon arrival; extras were provided. Overall, it suited my needs very well for an overnight visit to University of Dayton.”

• We got our extra towel in a timely manner.
• I felt like I was in a motel from the 70's.

“The hotel was dated, including furniture, carpet, bathroom. We started off with hair in the shower and a used bar of soap at eye level at the top of the shower.”

• The sleeping arrangements were horrible.

• Great breakfast in the morning.
• Poor room access from parking lot.

“Go price and comfortable room, well maintained and show little wear and tear. Near many restaurants and the interstate. A little hard to find but quiet.”

• The room decor was a bit outdated.

• The convenient full kitchen; shower water pressure.
• The sofa bed mattress was terrible.

“Comfortable stay. If I am in the area again for more than one night, this is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. It has most of the conveniences of home and the rooms are secluded enough from each other that you don't notice other guests. The social time is a nice idea. Very friendly atmosphere and staff.”

• Hotel desk clerk was trying to be helpful.
• Horrible stench.

“I did not even stay here, I choose to just lose my money and stay at the Fairfield inn across the interstate. It was outdated, dirty, stunk and was like a mom and pop run dirty cheap motel.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• This hotel is showing its age. Its time for an update.

“This hotel was not up to the quality I expect from a Marriott property. It's showing age and needs a facelift.”

• It had a fireplace and a full kitchen.
• It needs renovation badly also no where for my children to sleep.

“When we drove up we thought to ourselves "uh oh". It was very run down. The rooms were nice except the pull out couch was twin sized when I was told via phone that they were queen sized. The fireplace was great. Great for extended stays since it had a full kitchen. The carpet was filthy. Some damage. Very nice staff.”

• The rooms were clean and very adequate. Breakfast was very good.
• The exterior of the hotel was in serious need of repairs and updating.

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great and more than we expected. Staff and service was excellent. It was a small property and older, but it was sufficient for our needs and the price was great! We would definitely go back. The only negative was the outside of the hotel was in need of updating and repairs.”

• High speed internet was not very fast.

“The room was very spacious, and was more like an apartment, with all the extras. Everything was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and looked great. The staff was very friendly, and seemed to ask all the right questions and have all the answers we needed. My wife and I were thrilled with this room.”
