• Convenient location.

“The office staff could not understand English (nor could we understand them). We felt like the room/bathroom was neat, but in need of a good cleaning, especially the tub. The drain backed up as you showered. We were very unsatisfied with our stay.”

• Near noisy interstate, noisy kids.

“It's clean and friendly given the price. However, the noisy interstate and noisy kids (5are) ruin a good rest, which is expected to be the main purpose of the stay.”

“Close to Dayton airport, located at I 75 ramps. Got off a late flight, found the hotel easily, slept and left. Would not want to spend any additional time there.”

• Clean, good location, good price, easy to get to and find.
• Could use some talc.

“Clean, in slight disrepair, but nothing major, great for the price. They were repairing the roof when I stayed. This meant the satellite was out and we had no TV. Luckily we had brought the laptop and some DVDs, but there was no compensation offered for the fact that one of our "amenities" were out.”

• For a star 1 hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the quality of the amenities.
• The lights could have been a bit brighter.

“I had second thoughts after making the reservations but I was so relieved to see that the rooms were actually as pictured on the internet. They were very clean. The pillows were fluffed and the sheets were clean and smelled nice. There were no deterrent to the eyes. McDonalds is practically in the front yard so I didn't count too much on the continental breakfast though it was available.”

• Drive through check in and out.
• Needs remodeling of rooms.

“For the money, I have stayed in motel 6 and best western for better quality. it was easy to get to, and OK for one night stays.”

“Staff confused - mixed up took forever to get our room. and we had reservations. Rooms had dust. Beds very uncomfortable - Water rings on tables.”
