“This is a very mediocre hotel near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Interstate 75 in Dayton. It is convenient to both interstates and downtown. Hotel rooms are small and uninviting. They are fine as a place to sleep but not useful for much else. The free continental breakfast isn't really continental. It consists of doughnuts, breads, waffles and other foods high in calories, fats and carbohydrates, and low in protein and vitamins. Summary: an okay place to sleep as a business traveler, but not very attractive for anything else.”

“W/the remodeling going, the place was kind of a mess. As exterior wise. Plus they had no do not disturb signs in which that left the staff to constantly knock on your door and disturb you.”

“Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. The location is easily accessible with plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance.”

“Hotel was clean and employees were helpful, but I was with a friend and the bathroom door would not close. We both chose to wait until we returned home to shower due to that situation. We also were awakened early on a Saturday morning with upstairs guests stomping on the floor for quite a while. If I was there for longer than 1 night I would have asked for a new room”

“Upon checkin (7PM) we were told that there were only King rooms available. However were offered a roll-away at no extra charge. It was a hot day 90. Our room was quite small. Especially the bathroom. The cooling system was not cooling the room. The roll-away bed was very uncomfortable (springs, etc.) We all ended up sleeping in the King.(me and my 2 children). Needless to say, we did not get much sleep. Coffee was provided in the room; however there was no cream/sugar. The continental breakfast was a plus and the pool was refreshing. Staff in pm seemed a bit "stressed out" and when I asked if he was sure there were no double/double rooms, he informed me that he would not intentially lie to me! Checkout staff in am. was friendly and asked us about our stay.”

“Hotel was fine. Directions on getting to the hotel - bad! Resulted in a 15 minute delay for some very weary travelers. Exit 60 turned out to be exit 59.”

“AT this time, I would not recommend this hotel. Upon check in, it took 2 tries to get me into a non-smoking room, there was poop in my toilet, sheets looked dirty with stains, hair, and a bug crawling on my pillow. Unbelievable for a Marriott property...”

“this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. water leaked in to my room from above. woke up at 2 am when new guests opened door in the room I was moved to. front desk called 15 min later and were totally confused why I was in the new room. key to second room did not work next am. front desk people not available at 9 am, had to use housekeeping pass key.”

“Bad - Front desk staff was not cheerful and warm greeting us. They were indifferent and didn't extend themselves to help me find my room. When asked about some paperwork the next day that I might have left on the counter, they said it was probably thrown away and the man didn't even bother to look. Room was not vacuumed and walkway was not shoveled from snowing the previous night when I walked out of my room at 11AM. Good - The man who snow plowed the lot was cordial and extremely helpful in getting me out of my parking spot.”
