• Friendly people.
• Run down.

“The hotel was run down and badly needs renovation. They were active in the hallway painting. Hopefully this is being extended to the rooms. The carpets are badly in need of replacement and the bathrooms need renovation.”

• The owner/manager seemed sorry, his hotel was very rundown.
• It was cold, dirty, sheets for curtains, infested with bugs.

“The lobby was dirty and very small, not connected to the two hotel buildings. There was a box of "Kix" cereal open on a stand in the corner. The building we were to stay in was in the separate building 2nd floor. It was freezing in the halls, the floors were filthy and windows on the bottom level had sheets covering them. My kids were afraid walking to the room. I thought we should give it a chance so we went in, I became afraid at this point. It was freezing, the floor & walls were dirty (one stain looked like blood) and there were bugs on the floor. We left and the owner/manager was nice and understood the place isn't for families.”
