• Everything about the hotel was bad and would tell people to stay at the local motels in that town if you want a pleasant stay.

“I wouldn't recommend anyone to go back here, unless you want a rude welcoming and a out-of-dated room. The desk clerk didn't give me a good welcome and made felt that I was not important and they didn't need me as a guest. The location is too inside so feels isolated. The room needed improvement because the carpet was dirty, walls were not clean, towels and bedsheets were dirty, and seen many cockroaches in the room.”

• The outside look of the hotel was the only plus point.
• Not a friendly environment or staff, felt unwanted, and room was not clean and needed improvement.

“I was not pleased with my stay. Firstly, the staff was not friendly or gave me a warm welcome. Secondly, the room was not properly clean. The bed sheets were dirty and when I asked for the bed sheets to be changed they didn't even bother to come and give me new sheets.”
