• The continental breakfast does not offer the best choices, but it is okay.

• Plumbing not up to snuff.

“Bum plumbing. Non-stop toilet leak. Non-draining tub. Funky room smell. Staff failed to address these issues when alerted.”

• Excellent design and room features, five star comfort.
• There isn't any place to get fresh and reasonably priced food later at night.

“The rooms in this hotel are beautiful and very comfortable. You WILL NOT believe these are 2-3 star rooms. They look like five. The entire hotel is very clean. I think they should add either a small store or restaurant. All they have now is a little Starbucks bar which isn't very good for weary travelers. The parking needs work too. We got there at a soccer convention for about 200 rowdy kids. The hotel was good about ensuring the quality of the other guests stay to the best of their abilities, which made me very happy. It's worth it to stay there. Just bring your own food! They have small refrigerators!”

• The Hotel Staff is one of the best "any where".
• The fact that I had to leave too soon. No Coors Light Beer.

• The rooms were huge and there was a huge flat screen TV in the room.
• Nothing, it was great.

“This hotel was a steal. The rooms were extremely clean and a good size for the amount I paid. The staff was friendly and I felt very comfortable even though I was in a city I wasn't familiar with.”

• Softest and most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on.
• Limited television channel selection.

“The design and decor of the room is absolutely beautiful. Sleek furniture, a 42 inch HD TV (HD makes such a difference). The free breakfast bar every morning was an added treat.”

• I liked the room and the staffs were very courteous.
• There was no room service, and round the clock kitchen.

“I did like the room and the amenities provided were good. But the bathtub doesn't drain quickly, and I am not a big fan of standing water while taking showers. I am not sure if it was a problem with my room only. I had a problem while checking in.”

• Pleasant and helpful staff, big TV, plenty of room for family.
• Presently remodeling lobby. Gave us keycard to occupied room to start with.

“The Staff was friendly. They made a mistake and gave us the keycard to an occupied room to start with (thankfully no one was there, just luggage), but they quickly made it right. Nice free breakfast with plenty of selections. 42"HD TV very nice but very limited channels. Two queen beds and fold out couch was plenty of room for my family. Very pretty decor. I would stay there again anytime. Great Value.”

• Comfortable beds.
• It was undergoing reconstruction and the entrance was dirty & dusty.

“Seeing that the hotel was undergoing reconstruction, I guess the stay was adequate. I've stayed at hotel Places before and it was fabulous. The only real complaint was that the front desk staff seemed ill trained.”
