• Very clean, in a verdant area, decor is warm and cozy.
• Some of the rooms are sub-standard.

“ Nice, busy, clean in a safe business area of Norcross, GA. Not too far (5-6 miles max) to natural/organic food stores if you're so inclined. Many types of ethnic, and other restaurants nearby. Gym (more than one, I think) in vicinity. ”

• The extremely friendly and reliable staff members were wonderful.
• Pool was crowded or closed whenever we tried to use it.

“Attractive business style hotel in a very convenient area. The hotel's interior and the grounds are kept virtually spotless and well maintained. They have an attractive indoor pool with hot tub and a fully adequate workout room. The restaurant was staffed with a nice lady who both waited on us and cooked the omelets! The maids do a great job cleaning the rooms. This would be a great location while either vacationing with family or traveling on business.”

• Great value! Friendly staff and wonderful service.
• TV didn't work in room but staff replaced it in 10 minutes!

“Great value for the price. Only glitch was the TV did not work, but when I called the front desk, they brought in another HDTV and replaced it in less than 10 minutes. Room service breakfast was delicious, piping hot and delivered at the exact time we requested.”

• Amazing value through Priceline.
• HDTV displayed no HDTV channels, even 2 star hotels often do this right.

“I don't think I've ever met a more friendly front desk attendant. She was pleasant, genuine and very welcoming. I only wish I could remember her name so my comments could reach her supervisor. I believe she was originally from the Netherlands.”

• Great experience all around.
• Nothing about which to complain.

“Perhaps the hotel has been upgraded since some of the other reviews were left. My family of 5 spent 4 nights in the Marriott and enjoyed our stay. Our room was great, the service was great, and we constantly felt welcomed and attended to. The Internet is free now, which was also great.”

• No fridge or microwave in the room.

• Dirty sheets, staff wasn't helpful.

“This hotel is not a bad hotel. It is more like a 2-2.5 star range. I checked in late and no one was at the counter. I had to wait 20 minutes to find someone, who had been hanging out watching TV to check me in. Luckily my hotel room had two beds because the first bed had stains all over the sheets. The other bed was clean, so at least I had that going for me. Not the worse experience ever but not the best either.”

• Good location. Access to hotel bar.
• Its not in the best neighborhood. But there are restaurants close.

“I was very disappointed with this hotel. There was hair all over the bathroom, even though it was supposed to be cleaned. The bathroom was very cramped and uncomfortable to use. There is not free Wi-Fi, which is very inconvenient when you aren't expecting to pay for the Internet.”

“When I arrived, there was no room available. I was given lodging at a Marriott Courtyard but it wasn't nearly as nice. The next night I arrived at the original hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find a cheese and fruit plate in my room. The staff was not particularly friendly nor attentive, a surprise since I was expecting Southern hospitality.”
